Why I started the library

A one-stop shop for professional downloads — starting with the tools therapists need most.

I'm a mental health therapist, and I've spent years wishing someone would hand me clinical tools that felt both professional and pretty. So I started writing my own — beginning with the grounding tools and guided meditations I reach for in sessions.

New shelves on the way

The library starts with clinicians — but the idea was always a home for every helping professional.

For the classroom

Resources for teachers — planned by someone who's been a guest teacher and knows the desk drawer is never full enough.

Shelf planned

For nutrition professionals

Tools for working with clients on their health — inspired by the nutrition-world friends this library keeps hearing from.

Shelf planned

More professions to follow. Each shelf opens when its downloads are written, designed, and truly ready — not before.

The doors open soon.

The first four downloads are in final design. When the shop opens, you'll find them on this page — ready to download, print, or send to the clients who need them.
